Introduction
The Renatus Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of Renatus (as defined in our Terms of Use) and anywhere our terms of use and privacy policy are displayed for reference.
Renatus, LLC (also referred to as “the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This policy describes the information we may collect from you when using any of the Renatus Services and gives you more detail on our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing your information.
Children Under The Age of 13
The Renatus Services are not intended for anyone under 13 years of age. If you are under the age of 13, please do not provide any information through our websites, apps, or any of its features.

If we have inadvertently collected or received personal information from someone under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will immediately delete that information.

When you sign up to receive information from Renatus, purchase our services, navigate through our services, or contact us for support, we collect certain information you provide to us that identifies you. This helps us provide you with personalized services while improving your experience. The personal information we collect about you includes:

If you sign up as a Renatus Independent Contracted Marketer (“ICM”), we will also collect information regarding commission payments you have earned, information such as marketing URLs, the number of unique users, page views, social media activity, information related to your sales and ICM team (upline and downline), as well as any business-related email correspondence with us.
To ensure our database is current, we may combine information provided by you with information from third party sources, in accordance with applicable law. We may also collect and receive information from third parties to ensure the safety of our employees, users, and the public, as well as to protect, detect, and prevent fraud, security or technical issues.
Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies
As you navigate through and interact with the Renatus services, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:

These automatic data collection technologies may include but are not limited to cookies and web beacons found inside software tools such as google analytics, Facebook ad analytics, Microsoft application insights, Wistia analytics, and Zendesk chat.
Third-Party Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
Some content or applications, including advertisements, are serviced by third parties. In some cases, a third party may use cookies and pixels tags or mobile IDs to provide services or gather data on our behalf.
We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may use them. These third parties have separate data collection and privacy practices that may be different from ours, so please review their privacy policies to understand your rights and contact the responsible provider directly if you have any questions about their policies.

Who We Share Your Information With
WE WILL NEVER SELL ANY OF THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU, but we may disclose and share your personal information in the following ways:
Third-Party Service Providers. Any of the personal information we collect from you is disclosed to third party companies and/or service providers, and contractors for business purposes performed on our behalf. This may include, but is not limited to, fulfillment of orders, processing of credit card payments, providing customer service, delivery of items, etc. In any instance that we provide your information to third parties, it is done in an effort to serve you better.
Independent Contracted Marketers (ICMs). ICMs will have access to certain information that helps them engage with you, support you, provide you general information and marketing materials, and allows them to collaborate with you on building your business if you are an ICM in their upline or downline. Renatus will never provide your credit or debit card information and social insurance number and/or tax identification number (TIN) to ICMs.
In the rare occurrence that an ICM requests access to the Renatus API, and has the specific skill set to utilize it for purposes of marketing Renatus, Renatus may, in its sole discretion, provide such access. Any marketing programs, websites, apps, or software created through the use of the Renatus API is not owned or operated by Renatus. Renatus does not encourage, endorse or affiliate with any such outside programs and any questions or concerns should be directed to that specific ICM or provider.
Parent, Affiliates, and Subsidiaries. Your information will be shared with our parent, affiliated and/or subsidiary companies in all things related to business, operations, and marketing purposes.

Accessing and Updating your Information
You can review and change your personal information by logging into the Renatus website or app and visiting your account profile page, or by calling customer support at 801-701-7337.
When calling customer support, please have your email and other identifying information on file available. Without this identifying information, customer support will not be able to assist you in making those changes.
Your Opt Out Options
As a Renatus education holder, you may opt out of company emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email sent to you.
As a Renatus ICM, you agree to receive such communications with Renatus as the primary way to reach you and keep you up to date on all Renatus matters. Unsubscribing to such communication with Renatus will terminate your ICM status.
Your California Privacy Rights
The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), permits users of our website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. If applicable and not subject to an exception, California consumers may make such a request by sending an email to: customersupport@myrenatus.com or by writing us at: Renatus, LLC, 1312 W 75 N, Centerville, Utah 84014-1710.
Data Security
We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secured servers behind firewalls. Any payment transactions, tax ID numbers, credit cards, and bank account numbers will be encrypted using SSL technology.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Anytime a password is required, you are responsible for keeping the password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone and urge you to always be careful in the protection of your confidential information.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
Anytime we make changes to our privacy policy, those changes will be updated in all places our terms and privacy policy are shown and an email will be sent to your email on file with Renatus informing you of the updated policy. You can view the updated changes, including the date the privacy policy was last revised by going to the Renatus website, within the Renatus app, or by logging into your back office and viewing such changes as listed in the upper right-hand corner by clicking the blue bell shape, which shows all notifications.
The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. Please read and review these updates. Continued use of the site after such changes appear will constitute acceptance of the new policy terms.

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and the use of all Renatus websites, all applications and mobile applications, and all services and software included as part of our Services, including but not limited to the websites, applications, mobile applications, content, streaming services, promotions, software, technology, and any other materials (collectively “Renatus Offerings” or “Offerings”) whether as a guest or a registered user. As we expand our offerings, new services may become available, and these Terms will govern those new offerings as well.
Acceptance of Terms
By using any of the Renatus Offerings, you accept and agree to be bound and to abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not want to agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use any of the Renatus Offerings.
Eligible Users
The Renatus Offerings are offered and available to users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Renatus Offerings, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and capacity to form a binding contract with the Company. If you do not wish to form a binding contract with the Company, you must not access or use any of the Renatus Offerings.
Changes to the Terms of Use
Anytime we make changes to our terms of use and/or privacy policy, those changes will be updated on the website(s) and within our app(s), and the date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. An email will be sent informing you of these changes, and a pop-up notification will appear in your BackOffice. Please review those changes as they are identified to you, as continued use of any Renatus site after those changes appear will constitute acceptance of the changes.
Privacy
Your use of the Renatus Offerings is subject to Renatus’s Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the use of our Offerings, while also informing users of our data collection practices.
Electronic Communications
Visiting any of the Renatus websites, mobile apps or sending emails to Renatus constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide you electronically, via email and on the websites and mobile apps, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Your Account
If you use our Offerings, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your login credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not sell, share, assign, or otherwise transfer your account or account information to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that Renatus is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. Renatus and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.
Changes to the Terms of Use
We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. When changes are made to our terms of use, those changes will be updated in all places our terms are shown, listed in your Back Office in the upper right-hand corner as a notification under the blue bell shape, and on some occasions may also be emailed to your email that we have on file.
You should look at these Terms regularly and be familiar with them. Unless otherwise noted, the amended Terms will be effective immediately. Disputes for which the parties have actual notice on or prior to the date the revisions are posted will proceed based on the applicable terms that were in place when the notice was given.
If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using all Renatus Services, Software and Offerings. Your continued use of any of the Renatus Offerings following the posting of the revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to all changes.
Accessing the Renatus Offerings
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any of the terms regarding any of the Renatus Offerings and any service or material we provide within them, in our sole discretion, without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Renatus Offerings become unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our Offerings, or our Offerings in their entirety.

To access the Renatus Offerings or any of the resources found within, you may be asked to provide certain registration details or other information. It is a condition of your use of the Renatus Offerings that all information you provide us is correct, current, and complete.
Account Security
To access the Renatus Offerings, you will create a login and password, and will enter personal identifying information. You must treat your login, password, and all personal information as confidential and must ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session to prevent unauthorized use, especially when accessing your account from a public or shared computer. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to our use of your username, password, or any other breach of security. Renatus has the right to disable any username, password or other identifier, whether chosen by you or provided by us, at any time in our sole discretion, for any legal reason.
Intellectual Property Rights
All Renatus Offerings and its entire contents, features and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof) are owned by Renatus, LLC, its licensors or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and International Copyright, Trademark, Patent, Trade Secret, and other Intellectual property or Proprietary Rights laws. These terms of use permit you to use our Offerings for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the Renatus Offerings or materials found within, except as follows:

If you are found to be in breach of these terms of use, your right to use the Renatus Offerings will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made. No right, title, or interest in any of the Renatus Offerings is transferred to you and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company. Any use of the Renatus Offerings not expressly permitted by these terms of use is a breach of these terms and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

If the Renatus Offerings make available any message boards, chat rooms, personal web pages, profiles, bulletin boards, or forums that allow users to post, submit, publish, display or transmit to other users or other persons, content or materials on or through the Website or App, these terms and conditions apply, along with the terms of your Purchase Agreement, ICM Agreement, and any additional terms made available for that specific use.
Any User Contribution you post within the website or app will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You represent that you own or control all rights to any user contribution you post, and by providing any User Contribution on the Website or App, you grant Renatus, our affiliates, service providers, licensees, successors and assigns, the right to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute and otherwise disclose to third parties any such material.
You understand and acknowledge that you are responsible for any User Contributions you submit or contribute, and you, not the Company, have full responsibility for such content, including its legality, reliability, accuracy and appropriateness.
User Conduct
Users must act responsibly while using the Renatus Offerings and user contributions must in their entirety comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, User Contributions must not:

Monitoring and Enforcement
Renatus does not monitor or control what others do with your content, and do not undertake to review all material before it is posted. Renatus is not responsible or liable to any third party for the content or accuracy of any User Contribution. Renatus has the right to remove or refuse to post any User Contributions for any or no reason, in our sole discretion.
Renatus relies on its members to provide current, honest, and accurate information. You are solely responsible for your interactions with all members, and non-members you meet through Renatus. You acknowledge and agree that Renatus does not:

Renatus does not warrant, endorse, or guarantee the conduct of its members or their compatibility with you, and you agree to exercise all precautions in your interactions with other members.
Termination
You may stop using the Renatus Offerings at any time. Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligation to pay any outstanding fees. Renatus has to the right to suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Renatus Offerings for any legal reason.
Reliance on Information Posted
The information presented on or through the Website is made available solely for general information purposes only. The Renatus Offerings may include content from third parties and their statements and/or opinions do not necessarily reflect the opinion of the Company. We are not responsible to you or any third party for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.
Changes to the Renatus Offerings
We may update the content within the Renatus Offerings from time to time. The material in the Renatus Offerings may be considered out of date at any given time, and while we strive to have the most current information, we are under no obligation to update such material.
Linking to the Website and Social Media Features
You may link to the Renatus homepage through a personally owned website of your own, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. When providing a link to the Renatus homepage, make sure it is clear to the user that by clicking the link they will be redirected to the Renatus homepage for the purpose of learning more about the Renatus education. If you are an Independent Contracted Marketer, also make sure to disclose that you are an Independent Contracted Marketer who sells the Renatus education and that you receive a commission for sales you bring in.
Within the Renatus Offerings, many advertising videos, testimonials, etc. are available to you to share through email and social media. These assets may be shared solely as they are provided by us, and in accordance to these terms as well as the ICM Agreement and ICM Guide. No alterations to the content may be made.
If any problems arise with linking to the Renatus website or with the use of Renatus advertising materials, Renatus may withdraw linking permission without notice and may disable any or all social media features and advertising materials without notice, in our sole discretion.
Links from the Website
If the Website contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, like preferred vendors, these links are provided for your convenience and enjoyment only. This includes links contained in advertisements, including banner advertisements and sponsored links. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. If you decide to access any of the third-party websites linked within the Renatus Offerings, you do so entirely at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of use for such websites.
Geographic Restrictions
The owner of the Renatus Offerings is based in the state of Utah in the United States. We provide these Offerings for use by persons located in the United States only. We make no claims that the Renatus Offerings or any of its content is accessible or appropriate outside of the United States. Access to the Renatus Offerings may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access these Offerings from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
You understand that we cannot and do not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading from within the Renatus Offerings will be free of viruses or other destructive code. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your requirements for anti-virus protection and accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to our site for any reconstruction of any lost data. YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND WILLINGLY ACCEPT AND HOLD RENATUS HARMLESS OF ANY RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH CONDUCTING OR PERFORMING REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS. YOU ACKNOWLEGDE THAT RENATUS DOES NOT FIND, FUND OR DO ANY REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS AND AS SUCH IS NOT A PARTY TO ANY REAL ESTATE OR BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS YOU ENTER INTO. Limitation on Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE WEBSITE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE WEBSITE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, licensors and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the Renatus Offerings, including, but not limited to, your User Contributions, any use of the Website or App’s content, services and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms of Use or your use of any information obtained from the Renatus Offerings.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All matters relating to the Renatus Offerings, these Terms of Use, and any dispute or claim, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, will exclusively be governed in accordance with the laws of the Second Judicial District Court, in the State of Utah. The Renatus Offerings are controlled by Renatus from Utah, and Utah law will apply regardless of your residence or the location where you use or access the Renatus Offerings.
Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute or claim between you and Renatus arising out of or under these terms of use, the Renatus Offerings, and any other agreement you may have with Renatus, including but not limited to disputes from or concerning their interpretation, violation, invalidity, non-performance, suspension or termination, that cannot be resolved between you and Renatus, will be finally settled by binding arbitration in Davis County, Utah, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association by one arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Arbitration rules. ARBITRATION MEANS YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTE. The arbitrator will apply the laws of the state of Utah, and the arbitration will be conducted in English. At the request and expense of the requesting participant, the documents can be translated to their preferred language, and they may have an interpreter attend any proceedings. The arbitration proceedings will be closed to the public and will be confidential. Except as may be required by law, neither party may disclose the existence, content, or results of any arbitration without the prior written consent of all participants. The prevailing party (as determined by the arbitrator) if any, shall be entitled to reimbursement from the other party or parties for costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) incurred because of the arbitration. Judgement on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
Waiver and Severability
No waiver by Renatus of any term or condition set forth in these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Renatus to assert a right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
The Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, Purchase Agreement, IMA Application, IMA Guide constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Renatus, LLC with respect to the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the Renatus Offerings.
